NEET PG 2020 Preparation Tips. It is not only books but other factors which can affect your performance. One needs to take care of his health, surroundings, and ways to tackle the examination. Performance can get altered by one’s health status be it physical or mental. NEET PG, DM & MCh aspirants should take care of their health.
This thing includes physical health, mental health, and emotional health. Physical health includes an adequate amount of sleep, taking a walk or some stretching exercise after 1-2 hours of study, eating the right food in the right amount – not much oily or unhealthy bakery items much.
Mental health includes if we feel tired or fatigued after reading for a long time, don’t just sit with the book. Chat with your friends, make a call for your family members, hear some songs or sleep if needed. Motivate yourself. Emotional health is don’t get attracted to negative things or people.
For example, don’t think of NMC or don’t think much about will I able to complete, will I pass. Avoid all those doubts and fears. Only your Neet preparation and hard work are in your hands. Always think positively and hope for good.
Don’t read too many books now. Always fix with anyone exam preparation book. Give spaced repetition.
I would suggest revisions like the first one immediately after reading, the second one after 24 hours, and the third one after a week, the fourth one after a month or so.
Always make a note of things that you feel new or difficult to remember. Your notes are always unique and personalized to you and it must be prepared by you, which will be helpful in the last days of revision. It matters how much you reproduce than how much you read. If you are going to show what you read in 6 years in just 3 hours means, It is all about smartness.

This may seem to be a simple one but it always has a lot to do with education since it’s a mental thing. I suggest to go to a library and read instead of sitting in a room and reading because, when the people around you are studying it gives an environment to concentrate more.
Once when you complete reading, arrange the things neatly on your reading table. Don’t just scatter your pens and books all over the table. Always take care of your daily needs. Allocate appropriate time for everything for not leaving your daily chores incomplete. It is emphasized to take care of other factors as well in addition to Studies.
